At Match Skin Salon we’re dedicated to ensuring that you are happy with the results of your skin and/or nail treatment, but we also want to ensure that we look out for your well-being.
Please do not consume alcohol on the day of your treatment, you will be refused your treatment without the opportunity to rebook or receive a refund.
All treatments that are carried out by us at Match Skin Salon are subject to a collaborative ‘Best Practice’ process which can include a pre and post-treatment consultation and where appropriate we will provide you with an assessment and potential reassessment of any work that we carry out. All of the treatments that we carry out and the equipment and techniques which we use in administering them are done so on the basis of these discussions. Subsequently it is vital that you are honest with us during these discussions as some treatments can be inappropriate for some people and can be harmful under certain circumstance. Please be aware that we have your best interests at heart and that if we feel that a treatment is not right for you or will be detrimental to your well-being we will endeavour to advise you of this based on the aforementioned discussion.

We sympathise when you are unwell and understand unexpected family commitments, however you must understand we lose revenue when appointments are missed at the very last moment. We have no alternative other than charge you in full.
